GROUP ENDORSES YAHAYA BELLO AS BUHARI'S SUCCESSOR

Group Supports the choice of Governor Yahaya Bello as the prospective successor of president Muhammodu Buhari in 2023 giving his  leadership traits and giant stride in Kogi state

A socio-political group known as  Ifesowapo says  Yahaya Bello is fit perfectly for the office of the president of the federal republic of Nigeria in 2023.

The group at it's meeting today, 10th of August 2021, in Ilesa, Osun state averred that all what the country needs to get out of  recession and insecurity is a young, energetic and witty person for  effective Leadership and Governance.

The national president of the group and a leader of the All Progressive Congress in Osun State, comrade Samuel Jegede emphatically stressed that Nigeria's  ailing economy could be overturned with  a young person of Mr Bello’s calibre at it's helm of affairs to change the narratives.

Mr Jegede said the dream of the citizens for a new Nigeria and a positive change in all sectors of the economy could only come to a reality if the youths were given a chance to master the country's destiny.

" Yahaya Bello is a man of impeccable character, the reason for this preference over my clans in politics, Ifesiwapo supported the second term agenda of president Buhari, but our choice of Bello as his successor is to ensure that old wine is not turned into the new skin, the calibre of people jostling for the hallowed seat is not worth it.  Tinubu and  Osinbajo and the likes should leave the center  stage and start playing advisory roles  in the interest of the country"

The secretary of the group, comrade Ademola Popoola, and a retiree of Osun state government, who lamented that he was yet to receive his retirement benefits since 2015 maintained that challenges of 21st century politics required scientific and technological approach which is according to him is clear departure from the archaic and conventional procedures with little or no result.

" we have lost confidence in the old and tired crop of generation with slow approach to security issues, technical driven economy and bogus social policy to cater for Nigerians irrespective of tribe and ethnicity. We irrevocably repose our confidence in  Yahaya Bello as the next President of Nigeria,  because he is full of energy and with like  Moon Jae-in of S.Korea. He has zero tolerance for  ethnicity, and godfatherism’

and stemmed the tide of  insecurity  to a reasonable extent in Kogi,  I have no doubt that with the choice of Bello the future of the nation is guaranteed".

They maintained that the age bracket of 18 to 50 years constitute the large percentage of any gathering hence the need to give the youth a chance to rule now the the not young to rule law is in their favor noting that Bello is an advocate of  equity and egalitarianism.

The group showcased souvenirs ( posters, hand bills, banners, vests and fliers )branded in support of Governor Bello's ambition for 2023 presidential ambition
