Ijesaland Foundation for entrepreneurial and Leadership Development honors chief Nola Ige, justice Kayode Esho and others.

Fear of failure, ignorance have been identified as the bane of success among job seekers.

A trainer, Mrs   Busola Ogunlolu , stated this  at the two-day training workshop organized for youths in Ilesa, as part of the activities marking the second edition of an annual lecture in honor of a the foremost industrialist, Dr Lawrence Omole  organized by Ijesaland Foundation for entrepreneurial and Leadership Development.

Describing failing as an opportunity to correct a past mistake, regretted that many youths forfeited their careers because they lack perseverance.

According to Mrs Ogunlolu many job seekers loss golden opportunities because they  were not prepared and in most cases  did not know how to prepare a convincing curriculum vitae which formed part of bases on which the program was predicated.

In an opening remark the chairman, board of trustees the organization, Mr Anthony Igbaroola encouraged the candidates to see the workshop as an avenue to increase their chances to secure employment and assume leadership positions in future.

Three hundred and participants are benefitting from the workshop which focused on Demography and Migratory tendencies,  Agriculture, Solid minerals and industrialization for resilience.

The program will also feature post humors  award to Justice Kayode Eso, Chief Bola Ige, Pa Isaac Ajanaku and Chief L.O. Ayeni.
